The case for plain HTML web sites
The technical advantage of plain HTML
As per page one of Google's Webmaster Academy Course, the best website you can have is your own (custom) site. We have long understood this principle which is why our sought after service does more than just give you a leading web presense. Big business also understands this principle and hire website administrators to technically empower their web presence against those who know no better.
So this can give big business a technical advantage but only if the small business owner can be made to "choose" the other types of web presence option referred to in the Google course. We name these "other types" auto builders by which we mean every online "Do-it-Yourself" web site builder (atlas, crazydomains, wix, weebly, wordpress etc.). The twist being that nearly every big business uses an auto builder of sorts but with an advantage of a technical administrator(s) to customize "things".
Now, what Google has omitted to define in their ahead course are the ramifications of what "limited control to customize things" actually means to you as a web site owner. In short, every auto builder can not give you full control of many mandatory SEO aspects of your site. Generic Wordpress for example does not allow you to edit the technical "title" or "description" HTML tags in your pages. This is only one of the MOST IMPORTANT technical requirements for most search engines (including Google) to rank your page in their search results. Each and every "auto builder" has many non optimum technical aspects which makes them technically sloppy and easy to out-perform in free (organic) search engine search.
It should be stated that Wordpress, Joomla (and a few other lesson known CMS packages) can be slightly out side of this rule because you can host them on your server of choice and thus one can change the core of the CMS (through plugins or directly) which is why they are so very popular with other competent designers who need a strong performing CMS for their large and small business clients with more complex Web site demands.
Reducing ongoing online costs
It should also be noted that the businesses that benefit most from our services are the real world businesses by which we mean those that offer a real service to clients as opposed to other types of sites. Online shopping and similar type sites are not covered by these prices - please contact us for pricing. There are technical reasons for this as discussed above. And though we can and do assist the more genuine of these sites through our other services, this specific package is designed to (a) help the smaller business owners reduce their ongoing online costs and (b) to give small business a powerful site and (c) provide a knowledgable ally for questions regarding spam emails or phone calls and (d) help with any other technical website questions, new pages, editing or adding features etc.
